Monarch partners with NFI
MonarchFx, a Tompkins International company, has partnered with NFI, a supply chain solutions provider, to create its first Rapid Deployment MonarchFx Center (RDMC). The distribution center can provide 19 million consumers with same-day delivery.

Spencer acquires Certified Retail Solutions
Spencer Technologies has finalized its acquisition of service integrator Certified Retail Solutions. The company says the move will broaden its capabilities and services.

Swrve partners with Segment
Customer interaction engine Swrve has partnered with data company Segment to provide new levels of consumer behavior insight, the company said. The partnership also enables Swrve customers to build campaigns across multiple channels based on data from any of Segment’s data sources, including Salesforce, Zendesk and Stripe.

Symphony Retail Ai announces its formation
Symphony GOLD and Symphony EYC will now be divisions of the new company. Symphony Retail Ai will help retailers and CPG companies transform their business with AI-powered insights.

ASICS partners with Inamoto & Co
ASICS has chosen Inamoto & Co as an innovation partner for 2018. The sports apparel company says it will leverage the business invention firm’s design data and technology expertise to help it evolve.

Rose Marie Adamo becomes managing partner of DiMassimo Goldstein. She has been managing director for the marketing agency since 2014.

Big Block announces Tom Flanagan as its new chief content and innovation officer. Flanagan was formerly an executive vice president at Leo Burnett.

Will Warren joins Sendwithus as vice president of engineering. Megan Tobin also joins the communications platform as vice president of marketing. Warren was most recently CTO of GroupBy Inc., and Tobin was with TriNet.

Aki Technologies appoints Orr Orenstein as chief operating officer. He was previously at Mobile Theory with the Aki founders.

IConnectiv appoints Alex Berry EVP of its information solutions business unit. Berry was previously COO and president of North America for Back Office Associates.

ViralGains announces the appointment of Vic Pierni as CFO. Pierni was previously CFO of Global Capacity, Verivo Software and Macgregor.
