Datameer Releases Multi-Channel Analytics Application
New martech tool integrates with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics and digital ads and provides a unified analysis of marketing efforts.
Marketing from silos doesn’t even work for farmers. Like the rest of us, they are likely searching for a unified solution to pull together all the channels businesses are using to cultivate new customers.
Datameer believes it has the answer, introducing today the Multi-channel Marketing Analytics application. The new application integrates with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics and digital ads and analyzes customer interaction data across multiple channels, including social media. The tool “helps you understand the most frequent path in the lead-to-customer journey,” Datameer CMO Azita Martin wrote in a blog post.
Martin explained further:
For example, you can identify which combination of campaigns converts most leads to customers and develop campaigns that put more leads through that optimal journey. Now, marketers can integrate all of their data from all digital and marketing campaigns across every channel to truly understand the behavior of leads that convert to customers.
The tool, Martin said, helps businesses determine where high quality leads come from, what combination of campaigns convert leads to customers, what assets are most effective in influencing conversions and what the conversion speed and effectiveness is of both campaigns and assets.
The San Francisco-based analytics company, which counts British Telecom, Citibank, Trustev and Vivint among its clients, produced a video to demo the new tool.
