Marketo’s June ‘19 Release Notes have published, and Adobe’s influence on the recently acquired marketing automation platform is clear. The updates include an added ability to edit images in Design Studio, now powered by Adobe Creative Cloud. The capability is expected to be available later this quarter.

Increased integrations will add efficiencies for marketers and creative teams, eliminating the need to export, edit and re-upload images into the system. New leadership at 800Response, CMI/Compass and more

Jay Rosenblatt has been appointed CEO of 800Response, a supplier of vanity 800-numbers and call tracking solutions. Rosenblatt will be replacing Mitchell Knisbacher, who is retiring. “We are fortunate to have someone with Jay’s diverse leadership experience and wealth of knowledge in the telecom industry,” said Knisbacher, “I am confident that with this renewed leadership, 800response will continue providing our customers with leading advancements in call tracking and monitoring solutions.” Prior to joining 800Response, Rosenblatt served as the CEO of Conduit Global.

CMI/Compass, a media buying and planning company focused on the healthcare industry, has promoted Becky Frederick to EVP, client finance. In this newly created role, Frederick will oversee the client finance team and manage commercial and procurement relationships with clients. She will also continue to be responsible for internal staffing management and allocation of talent across all of CMI/Compass’ client teams. “Becky was the obvious choice for this role. Under her leadership, we’ve had our best year ever of staff productivity,” said CMI/Compass CEO Stan Woodland. Before being promoted, Frederick served as EVP, managing director for CMI/Compass.

The global ticketing technology platform Tiqets has named Dan Burdett chief marketing officer. Burdett will oversee brand, marketing and communications for the company. “We are thrilled and honored to add such well-seasoned marketing expert into our management team. He will help us elevate the Tiqets’ brand, scale our marketing efforts and expand our global footprint,” said Tiqets CEO Luuc Elzinga. Prior to joining the company, Burdett was the CMO for Ebay in Europe and served as chief brand officer for Mars candy company.
