Oracle acquires Grapeshot
Oracle announced that it will buy Grapeshot, a provider of brand safety and pre-bid contextual solutions. The company says the move will enhance Oracle Data Cloud’s expertise in audiences and measurement.

IAB Europe & IAB Tech Lab release GDPR consent framework
IAB Europe and IAB Technology Laboratory released market-ready technical specifications for its Transparency & Consent Framework following a 30-day public consultation in March and April 2018. The framework was created to give users full authority over their data.

AdRoll and Magneto team up
Ecommerce platform AdRoll announced an integration with platform Magento Commerce. The company says the partnership will help its customers create demand and drive revenue through personalized marketing and ads.

Appcues launches new product
Appcues for NPS can help a business accelerate its Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey response quality and completion rates through in-product deployments. The product is delivered natively within a product.

Widen partners with Capture
The digital asset management company says its partnership with Capture Integration’s ShotFlowOne will bring smart metadata from photo shoots to DAM. The metadata will enable new digital experiences, including tap-to-buy social content.

Goodway adds features to its platform
Goodway Group announced that it has incorporated two “industry-first” algorithms into its RealValue™ Advertising Platform. The company says the move will allow advertisers to algorithmically optimize their supply paths, as well as campaigns that have lower budget thresholds.

EverString integrates with Terminus
EverString and Terminus announced an integration of their platforms. The integration will allow B2B marketers to identify and segment target accounts within EverString and add them to an account-based advertising campaign on the Terminus ABM platform.

Intercom launches business messenger
The customer platform says it’s the first business messenger with an open platform designed to optimize workflows for marketing, sales and support teams. Intercom customers will now have access to a library of apps or can build their own.

Kahuna partners with McFadyen
The customer engagement platform announced a new strategic partnership with McFadyen Digital. The collaboration will create a fast-track accelerator program for incorporating the Kahuna platform into the Mirakl online marketplaces that McFadyen implements for their clients operating Magento or Oracle-based ecommerce properties.

Thin Film releases upgrade
The NFC solutions provider announced the release of its newly designed CNECT™ Cloud Platform 2.0. The upgrade features expanded analytics capabilities and an enhanced digital experience builder.

Listrak partners with Persado
The platform announced a strategic partnership with Persado that will integrate Persado’s Pro Email AI-content generation platform with Listrak’s CRM digital marketing automation platform. The company says the move will enable Listrak clients to generate and deploy subject line content that boosts performance.

ironSource expands programmatic marketplace
The mobile monetization company announced that its in-app programmatic marketplace will now include MRAID support for interactive ads, and viewability verification through Oracle’s Moat. The company says the move will empower app developers to increase their average revenue per daily active user (ARPDAU), by increasing competition for inventory.

AppsFlyer appoints Guy Flechter as its data protection officer. He was recently hired as chief information security officer. Previously, he was team lead in the information security team at LivePerson.

Ogury appoints Elie Kanaan as chief marketing officer. Kanann was previously partner at Category Design Advisors and was previously an executive at Criteo.

Resonate announces three additions to its executive team. Ray Faust has joined as general manager of the publisher and entertainment vertical, Ed Choi as senior vice president of customer success and Ericka Podesta McCoy as senior vice president of marketing.

Instart Logic appoints Sumit Dhawan as chief executive officer. Dhawan was previously at VMware, where he was general manager of its end-user computing business.

Grad Conn joins Sprinklr as chief experience and marketing officer. Conn most recently was chief marketing officer for the Microsoft US commercial business.

Adam Prishtina joins WayBlazer as its first chief product officer. Prishtina has previously held roles at PayPal, Yahoo, AOL, Netscape and BigCommerce.

Jeff Lucas joins Oath as vice president, head of Americas sales. Lucas was previously at Snap Inc., where he was the global head of sales.

RTB House promotes Radoslaw Dobrolecki to president of North America as part of its expansion into the US. The company also appointed Gary Burtka as its new VP of US operations.
