Magnolia CRM releases major update
Magnolia 6 includes a re-designed user interface, intelligent contextual search, automated tagging and faster content modeling functionalities.

Accenture to acquire Adaptly
The move provides support for Accenture Interactive’s programmatic ad services.

Sovrn picks up VigLink
The company says that VigLink complements its suite of products and services and offers publishers and content creators more revenue-generating tools.

Formstack buys QuickTap Survey
The SaaS plans to combine the companies’ services to create one, full-service offering for mobile offline data capture on the Formstack platform. QuickTapSurvey will remain a standalone mobile surveys product.

HG Data releases new segments
The availability of HG Data Audience segments via the LiveRamp IdentityLink Data Store allows B2B advertisers using data from sources such as Facebook, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Twitter and Salesforce DMP to hyper-target customers or entire market categories based on installed technologies (technographics) and other attributes.

Infutor acquires Ruf Strategic Solutions
The company will integrate Ruf’s suite of consumer analytics with its real-time identities and attribute-driven profiles.
The two organizations have been long-time partners.

QuickPivot unveils new capability
The new functionality provides marketers with a way to activate first-party data and allows QuickPivot to be a central system of record across all communication channels. Marketers can now create advanced audience segmentations as part of an integrated cross-channel marketing campaign.

Martech Movers

Lisa Utzschneider will join Integral Ad Science (IAS) as CEO and member of its board of directors, replacing Scott Knoll, who has chosen to move into an advisory role. Utzschneider most recently served as chief revenue officer for Yahoo.

Albert Technologies adds Jasmine Presson as SVP, strategic client services. Presson joins Albert after serving nearly five years at MediaCom -— most recently as managing partner, strategic group account lead.
