Influicity launches audience analysis tool using government data
The influencer marketing platform says the tool will empower marketers to qualify influencers based on audience demographics like occupation, income and citizenship. The company says it’s the industry’s first tool of its kind.
Innovid acquires real-time data intelligence company Taykey
Innovoid says that the move will provide brands with new insights into the impact of contextual relevance in video engagement. It says that their clients will be able to make more informed decisions on video marketing and delivery.
Crate & Barrel partners with Neustar
The home furnishings retailer is working with the information services provider to improve the effectiveness of its marketing campaigns and to get a 360-degree view of the customer journey. Crate & Barrel will link to the Neustar OneID system to produce a comprehensive customer view.
ShareIQ launches Audience Trends
The visual content performance platform’s new tool helps marketers benchmark their visual content performance throughout Pinterest, Instagram, Tumblr, around the web and across categories.
MindTickle reveals its Sales Capability Index
The enablement platform says that the capabilities score will provide a holistic, quantified assessment of sales rep and team readiness, as well as an indication of their expected performance.
Airbnb acquires ad tech startup Adbasis
The rental platform adds the digital creative testing and optimization technology capabilities of the Chicago company.
Martech on the move
Edible Arrangements names Kaitlin Reiss as chief marketing officer. Reiss was most recently vice president of marketing and e-commerce for the company.
Dixon Jones moves from the executive director role of marketing director to a non-executive director position at Majestic a year before his expected retirement. The company says he is likely to remain involved with the company even after he retires.
The New York Times names Sebastian Tomich head of advertising and marketing solutions. He most recently led multiple national integrated sales teams and founded and ran T Brand Studio, The Times’s brand marketing unit.
Group Nine names Christa Carone as president. She was most recently COO of WPP’s Group SJR and managing director of Colloquial.
