Reflektive acquires Shape Analytics
The performance management cloud company bought Shape Analytics, a real-time intelligence and predictive analytics solution for workforce data. Reflektive Analytics will be embedded into the platform, bringing simple drag-and-drop, customizable people-based analytics to every employee.

WFA finalizes global charter
The World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) released a final version of a global charter demanding reform of the advertising ecosystem. The charter asks advertisers to adhere to “Eight Principles for Partnership.”

Crimson Hexagon reveals new customer care solution
The consumer insights provider announced a new customer care solution that uses advanced artificial intelligence (AI) to automatically detect and classify customer inquiries from public online and direct communication channels.

Nimble launches data visualization tool
Today Page is a customer data visualization tool that helps teams and professionals understand and take action based on sales and marketing triggers, as well as project management milestones. The customizable dashboard consolidates critical business signals, including deals pipelines and sales funnels, appointments and to-dos and social signals.

PubMatic releases cloud product
PubMatic Cloud is for publishers and tech companies who want to implement and control their own programmatic technology. By accessing PubMatic’s technology, global infrastructure and demand connections on a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) basis, clients can get transparency and greater control over their programmatic monetization.

Cision launches influencer search capabilities
The public relations tech provider announced Social Influencer Search, a new way for Cision users to search by keyword and find digital influencers publishing content on a particular topic. Users can search for influencers who are tweeting, sharing or blogging about a specific keyword and can then filter results by beat, outlet focus, location, country, market and more.

Seal Software partners with DocuSign
The content discovery and analytics solutions provider unveiled a collaboration with DocuSign to better automate and connect the process of how agreements are prepared, signed, enacted and managed. As part of the agreement, DocuSign will distribute Seal Software technologies through its platform extensions program.

NMPi and DQ&A to acquire Joystick
The acquisition will allow the groups to bring together media, technology and creative, enabling brands to improve customer experience and loyalty. It follows NMPi’s 2017 global expansion into six new markets, as well as their recent acquisition of MediaPact.

Cloudinary unveils DAM solution
The digital asset management (DAM) solution removes functional silos and bridges the gap between asset management and delivery. Users can integrate with content management systems (CMS), product information management (PIM) systems and project management tools, enabling a connected journey from asset creation and organization to manipulation and end-user delivery.

Bigtincan scoops up Zunos
The companies say that Bigtincan’s Hub and Zunos’s micro-learning platform can provide skills and knowledge to sales teams and partner organizations.

Campaign Monitor joins forces with Emma and Delivra
The new Campaign Monitor brand will address a range of email marketing challenges. The company says it will now be easier for marketers to expand email engagement strategies as their business needs evolve.

Tru Optik releases TV measurement solution
The platform released its Cross-Screen Audience Validation (CAV) service, which provides de-duplicated household-level reach and frequency, device authentication and advanced audience validation for over-the-top (OTT) and connected TV (CTV) campaigns. CAV was previously in beta.

[24]7.ai names Cosimo Spera as its new chief data scientist. Previously, Spera was chief data scientist at SaltGrid.

Mobile Posse appoints Brian Dengler to general counsel and chief compliance officer. Dengler was previously information technology attorney at Dengler Legal LLC. The company also named Kevin Grant as senior vice president, sales and distribution. Grant was previously senior vice president of sales at Ascendify.

Clicktale adds Bill Ingram to its advisory board. Ingram is joining Clicktale from Adobe, where he held senior positions including vice president of product management for Adobe Experience Cloud and vice president/general manager of the Adobe Analytics Cloud.

Trusted Media Brands appoints Scott Mulqueen to the position of vice president, programmatic and data product operations. Mulqueen most recently served as vice president, programmatic strategy and operations for Time Inc.
