Customer data platform BlueConic announces the availability of its General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Consent Management solution. In addition to capturing individual rights requests associated with GDPR, the new solution enables marketers to request consumer consent for each intended marketing purpose, persistently store individual consent status in person-level profiles and honor individual consent across their martech ecosystem by seamlessly integrating related data across systems.
OneTrust and Cloud Security Alliance team up to announce a cloud vendor assessment framework to audit the security controls and privacy program maturity of third-party vendors that One Trust says is the “first of its kind.” The framework assesses third-party vendors to help them meet both the requirements of the GDPR and the necessary cloud vendor security controls as outlined by the CSA.
TrustArc announces the launch of TrustArc GDPR Validation, the latest addition to the TrustArc suite of technology-powered privacy solutions. Under the TrustArc GDPR Validation program, companies will get a validation report and findings outlining their compliance status upon successful completion of all GDPR remediation items.
