Act-On adds new UX experience
Marketing automation platform Act-On Software has added a new UX platform to assist marketers in customer journey mapping. Automated Journey Builder uses Act-On’s multi-channel platform to allow for visual mapping that can be scaled up or down based upon the campaign.
The visual mapping platform from Automated Journey Builder helps marketers review strategies and optimize campaigns. The introduction of Automated Journey Builder comes after a recent brand update by Act-On that includes more focus on growth marketing.
Why we care. As the customer journey grows more complex and less linear, automated journey building will be of increasing importance.
Text messaging added to Springbot platform
Automated marketing provider Springbot has released a new capability for text messaging for retail marketers to communicate with shoppers.
The service is available to consumers who have opted in text message communication and is implemented after setup and keyword selection processes are complete. The new text messaging service also comes with short code access.
Why we care. According to Springbot, 75% of consumers like to receive their information via text message. Be on the lookout for more providers to either add or enhance their text messaging functionality to meet this demand.
Data streaming platform integrates with B2B data assets
Enterprise data streaming company Narrative has integrated with Stirista to assist marketers connect with B2B customers. Narrative accelerates the acquisition and monetization of data, Stirista has a database of over 30 million professional personas and over 22 million individual business locations.
Stirista’s data information includes company size, financials, departments and divisions as well as SIC codes. Stirista’s data will make it possible to match business and personal identities within Narrative without compromising consumer privacy.
Why we care. Today’s B2B marketing is increasingly data-driven, and based around being able to reach the right prospects with relevant information in a timely manner.
Pipedrive releases new lead generation toolset
Pipedrive, a CRM platform, has released a new lead generation and management toolset, LeadBooster. Part of LeadBooster is the Prospector tool that contains a database of 400 million business profile leads. It also updates 800,000 profiles on a daily basis.
LeadBooster also includes chatbot, live chat and web forms. A separate tool Web Visitors powered by Leadfeeder, lets users track website visitors and review those who are engaged the most. Both LeadBooster and Web Visitors can be integrated into Pipedrive’s CRM.
Why we care. Helping teams track, create, qualify, and manage leads in one central place is a step towards sales and marketing alignment, increasingly a must-have for successful B2B revenue operations.
