Virtual event platform launches new branding and website as a response to increase in demand
The demand for virtual event platforms continues to increase with each passing day, and that demand has led Hubb to launch a new website and branding to keep pace. Hubb, a provider of virtual and hybrid event management technology founded in 2015, is a platform aimed at serving marketers and event managers.
The Hubb platform seeks to support control of an event from start to finish, immersive branded attendee experiences, and robust back-end management tools.
Why we care. 2021 will be a showcase of what the best of virtual event platforms have to offer. It’s a highly competitive space.
Canada’s leading news outlet now using IAS Context Control for advertisers
The Globe and Mail, a leading media outlet in Canada, is now offering Context Control from Integral Ad Science (IAS) to marketers advertising on their platform.
Context Control’s Natural Language Processing allows advertisers to know their brand will be placed in front of the proper audiences by:
• Controlling ad placement with a variety of contextual signals including sentiment and emotional classification;
• Finding the most relevant content placements for campaigns within brand-safe and suitable environments; and
• Deliver precise semantic understanding of words on a page.
The Globe and Mail media brand reaches 21 million Canadians monthly via its print and digital properties.
Why we care. Interesting to see a publisher entering the adtech stakes, and helping brands and agencies to reach the right audience in brand-safe environments.
inBoxAds partners with email marketing platform designed to increase open rates
inboxAds has announced an integration with Automizy, an email marketing platform with functionality and features to help marketers increase their email open rates.
Automizy provides email automation tools which add color, font and images that lead to higher engagement levels. inboxAds uses native ads, AI and advanced personalization algorithms to optimize email campaigns.
Why we care. Using programmatic ad campaigns to trigger emails is one thing. Getting the recipients to open the emails is another.
Agility CMS enhances content modeling feature
Agility CMS has rolled out a rebuilt Content Modeling feature for its headless CMS platform. Content modeling captures the various types of content available to editors, and shows the structural relationships between the pieces of content.
According to Agility, the new Content Modeling feature increases the ability for users to build their content architecture up to 10 times faster.
The enhanced Content Modeling feature includes:
• Structured content decoupled from presentation layer;
• Optimized editing to group fields together and define required fields;
• Customized content models in the CMS with a visual builder; and
• Easy content updates.
The Content Modeling feature builds upon Agility’s ‘structure-first’ approach for content development.
Why we care. CMS is at the heart of digital engagement, and getting the right content in front of audiences, fast, is paramount.
Chipotle uses TikTok challenge to launch app in-app group ordering
To bring recognition to the launch of the group ordering service on their app, Chipotle is partnering with TikTok for a family challenge called #ChipotleSponsorUs.
The new group ordering feature allows users to sign in their personal Chipotle Rewards account and then distribute a link to friends and family where they can personalize their orders. Group ordering can be used from both mobile devices and computers.
The TikTok challenge is #ChipotleSponsorUs and will give five families or a small group of up to five friends free burritos for a year. The contest ends Sept. 14.
Why we care. Inventive use of TikTok is high on the list of must-do’s for an ever-increasing number of brands.
